Education- University of Illinois School of architecture. I worked for several architectural firms and home builders prior to starting my own home building company in 1978 getting my general license with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. I've design/built approximately 200 "One of a Kind" Homes and Additions/ Remodels.
I have no standard plans, no book, but instead I create the home that our buyers dream of. I am truly a custom design/builder. It does not have to cost more to be different, most people just do not know how.
I can do things that other builders are afraid to try like basements and steel frame construction.
